Therapeutic Approach

Separation and divorce is one of life’s most difficult transitions—and you don’t have to face it alone. My approach to divorce therapy is grounded in care, compassion, cultural responsiveness and a deep respect for your lived experience. I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can process emotions, gain insight, and begin to heal. Blending traditional therapeutic interventions with practical strengths-based coaching, I help women and co-parents navigate stress and complex emotions, rebuild self-trust, and develop healthier communication for the road ahead. Whether you’re moving through heartbreak, redefining your identity, or learning to co-parent with intention, our work together is centered on your emotional well-being, personal growth, and the possibility of a new beginning.
